Pearson, 111 Chestnut Hill Rd – NOI 230-0244 – remove siltation from an existing fire pond (Lovett) waiting on an amended NOI, J. Bach will follow up with Ms. Pearson on the status of this |

Levkoff, 26 Eaton Rd – NOI #230-0246, SMA RDA08-02 – improve existing walkpath, construct new walkpath and beach area and install a dock with a boardwalk on Lake Garfield. (D. Dempsey) continued from July meeting, additional information received on September 15th Levkoff, 26 Eaton Rd – SMANOI 08-03 – to further develop the site while maintaining the existing single family residential use of the site.
